Ordering Information & Policies
Orders can be placed via phone, fax, our website, emailed to email@example.com, or scanned in using programs such as Genius Central, Order Dog, etc. Phone orders may be placed with a customer service rep at (800)888-4008.
Office Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday; 8:30am-5:00pm on Friday.
To assure prompt processing of your orders:
- Please have your account number ready.
- Have product item numbers ready.
- Please make sure that your order is complete before calling.
Orders need to be placed by 4:30pm on the last day of the month to qualify for monthly discounts.
We will try to accommodate additions to your order if placed shortly after your original order and exceed $20.00.
We accept the following as forms of payment: Check by phone, ACH, C.O.D., company check, prepay, money order, wire transfer.
All C.O.D. orders will be charged a $13.00 C.O.D. fee, and residential deliveries will be charged $3.50 per box - carrier fee.
Minimum Order Shipping Charges:
Although Super Natural does not have a minimum order requirement, orders must meet $195.00 net for free shipping*. An $8 shipping charge will be added to all orders that do not total $195.00 net (after discounts and out of stock's).
*excludes Ready to Drink beverages, Braggs, Natural Value, some liquids, and some food items. All items with a % listed next to them will incur a ship charge unless in our local delivery area
Excess Weight/Dimensional Shipments
If shipping costs exceed 5% of net invoice total, additional shipping charges will be incurred. Low-cost, bulky items such as teas, soaps, body care, foods, salt items, etc. may incur ship charges. Super Natural will notify customer of potential additional shipping charges before shipping order. Please note that ship charges cannot be calculated PRIOR to order processing. Smaller, lighter-weight items (i.e. supplements) of higher value can be added onto an order to help defray or eliminate ship charges, however once items are packed they cannot be removed from an order without a 15% restocking fee.
For palletized orders, gate and/or inside delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped FedEx**, USPS, our delivery vehicles, and common carrier. Air service is available upon request at the customer’s expense.

Please remember that all backorders are considered separate orders and are subject to meet the $195 net for free shipping. You may add to the backorder to meet minimum shipping requirement. Backorders are also subject to separate COD charges, if applicable.
