Ordering Information and Policies

Orders may be placed with a Customer Service Representative at (800) 888-4008 or (262) 650-9000 during normal office hours (M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM CT).

To assure prompt processing of orders please be ready with:

• Account number
• Fully prepared purchase order
• SND item number and quantity

If you wish to modify your initial order, SND will do our best to accommodate. If the order has already been processed, the customer must place a new order subject to the minimum order requirement. Backorders placed upon request only. Backorders are considered separate orders. Customers may choose to have backordered items sent with their next order placed or to add additional items to meet the minimum order requirement.  Backorders are active for up to 30 days from order date. Backorders for products on promotion are subject to buyer approval.

Shipments / Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, Spee-Dee or SND Local Delivery. LTL truck is available upon request; customer pays the difference after SND Ship Cost Sharing portion. Shipping available only to the contiguous United States.

Orders must meet $250 minimum (exceptions below)

• $15 charge if order does not meet the Minimum Order of $250
• $3.50 per box for residential deliveries
• Orders that exceed our Ship Cost Sharing guidelines (see below)
• Items with “%” in the description are subject to separate delivery charge and are excluded from Cost Sharing calculations (Ex. Wyld Sparkling Water or Gallons)
• Liftgate and/or inside delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer

Ship Cost Sharing

Orders high in physical weight or dimensional weight may be subject to additional shipping charges. Customer is subject to ship charges of any amount that exceeds the portion of shipping cost that SND covers (3-5% of the net invoice total, based on store location). Customers should inquire whether the order shall be subject to additional shipping charges when order is placed. When an order is ready to ship, all charges are final. Orders canceled at this time will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs may be offset with the purchase of supplements or lighter weight products of higher value. Examples of items below:
